I suggest a window sticker or decal that says "My hybrid gets XX MPG". A range of values would need to be printed, and the MPG databases provide some guidance there. Someone else would be able to come up with a more attractive design. A real data antidote to potentially misleading EPA testing. I would be happy to purchase it at a somewhat inflated price to help maintain the site.
