Default Has anyone visited a Hummer forum?

Out of curiosity, I've.

They are as passionate as we are.

Definitively a parallel universe.

Did any of them actually BUY their own Hummer? Most are probably young kids who have Dad to foot the bill, or uncareered post-college age rich kids, or "soccer moms" who like "being way up there and SAFE!" (what a joke) Or Rappers....(or do most Rappers prefer Escalades?)

At least the members of gh.com are "real, normal people" and I don't think the Hummer forum people can say the same thing......

Default The Axels of Evil

It seems most of the Dallas-area radio stations have an H2 as their business vehicle - I'm sure they need one to carry all their gear.

I read some of the fan mail/hate mail of the anti-Hummer site - www.fuh2.com. Striped of the potty language, the Hummer fans taunt that we are jealous that we don't have money to spend like them....what is it about making bad investments that makes one special? Those comments were 2-3 years old - wonder if they still have money now?

Hi All:

___I do not know about all of your own thoughts but I would love to drive an H2 for a week just to see what it is worth. 50 + #’s in those monster meats, some 0W-20, and a hypermiler behind the windscreen … I always thought they might be worth possibly 20 mpg out on the highway but had my hopes dashed when at this summers Milwaukee Brewers/WI-IL Hybrid group meet, some of the guys actually spoke with an H2 owner and had some pics taken as well. IIRC, 9 mpg was about its average according to the owner from what Eric told me later. Either way, I would love to take on that challenge … As long as someone else was paying for the gas

9 vs. 72 mpg

___Good Luck

I've heard rumors that Hummer is planning a hybrid. Could it be true?
To increase mileage from 9 to 9.5 MPG?
