i'm perfectly content with going with the flow of traffic. i don't mind it at all. If someone wants to be wreckless and agressevly speed, they can pass on the right, or the shoulder.

I agree with Fadi. The TL driver was in a rush and wanted people to move out of his/her way. Although it may not have been right for dopey to get behind him/her and flash his lights at them, the TL driver was not going to disperse traffic by flashing their lights. On most freeways in California, there are many lanes. The leftmost ones are not for passing, but for traveling at faster speeds. If traffic in the two leftmost lanes were traveling at 60mph, there was nothing wrong with dopey going 60mph. Like Fadi said, if the TL driver wants to go fast, he/she could have just weaved in and out of traffic.
