Any thoughts on why I am getting such low gas mileage?? I have filled up 5-6 times in the 6 weeks that I have had the Accord Hybrid. Its about the same number of visits to the pump compared to my regular Honda Accord(which is for sale)

Something may be wrong or your conditions might just be a little hard. How much traffic? how much city driving? how much is short trips? is it cold or rainy? Are you doing a lot of stop and go? Are you having too much fun with the 255 hp? Is the car making any funny sounds? Is the e-brake off? Got air in the tires?
You're still breaking it in...most vehicles get very poor milage during break-in. My Honda Insight only averaged 30 MPG the first few months I owned it...which later crawled up to 60 LTMPG
