Massachusetts is considering giving state income tax breaks, bonuses, free toll-tags, and more. If nothing else, increasing hybrid sales will reduce the difference in cost over conventional gas vehicles.

It sounds like MA is a pretty progressive state. Any state that gives hybrid tax breaks and gay marriage is OK in my book!
