Just read a piece of info that the RX400h will get 36 MPG city 31 MPG highway approximately 270 HP. It will have optional 18" wheels a unique grill and larger fog lights. This from Quarter 1 Lexus magazine.

The current rating for the RX 330 is 20 mpg city / 26 mpg highway for the FWD model and 18 mpg city / 24 mpg highway for the AWD model.

I would really like to see the SUV lines come out with hybrid like the 400 and maybe Fords as well. I am not an SUV lover - nor a hater - but the acceptance of the drive will go a long way toward getting more people on the tech bandwagon.

I just hope they don't get silly and up the price a ridiculous amount and no one buys them. My bet is Ford will do this, Toyota/Lexus will not.

But hey - I would rather have a Lexus over a Ford any day!

I'd rather have a Yugo over a Ford too.... but that's another issue.
