Need help choosing a Vanity Plate, suggestions?
I want to put a new license plate on my new Prius. Not being a very creative person, I'm having trouble coming up with something (anything) that promotes Hybrids.
I was thinking of something like "50 MPG". The Secretary of State said they can't do two numbers and three letters or three letters and two numbers because they were used in the Michigan commemorative plates.
Help a poor guy out and please post some creative ideas.

Re: Need help choosing a Vanity Plate, suggestions?
I can't think of any off the top of my head. I do know there was a fairly recent discussion on this. You might be able to do a search on it and see what you come up with. I know there were some really good ones.
One of my favorites:
NOPLUG
Good Luck
'00 Insight "Wazabi" -75,000+ miles
'03 Toyota Matrix - 81,000+ miles
'03 HCH-CVT-OSBM-41,000+ miles (retired 04-10-06)

Hi Tim,
I'm a fellow Michigander in the Detroit area - with an FEH.
How about some of the following (I have tried to keep them down to 7 characters):
HI MPG
50M PER
SAV GAS
LUV HEV

There's already a guy with "5T MPG", (Or is it "5 T MPG"?) there was a brief article about him in the Detroit Free Press and his Prius.
HI MPG is pretty good, so is SAV GAS
BYE GAS
50M PGS
SHH HHH
GOT FE

Re: Need help choosing a Vanity Plate, suggestions?
How about
LESS GAS (or LES GAS if limited to 6 chars.)
HYPRMIL
GRT MPG
FU OPEC (never fly but would be funny anyway)
Custom plates are expensive here in the People's Republic so I won't get them. You have to pay more every year, not just to get them made.....
Good Luck
