I change my own. I use synthetic oil and don't trust the jiffy shops or the dealership's garage not to put in the cheaper oil and then charge me the price for synthetic oil. Or to "pocket" any containers of synthetic I bring in for their use own and fill the engine with the cheap oil from their barrel.
