I picked up my Tideland Pearl last night from Dianne at Carson Toyota. Oh, what a feeling! I had to drive home in fairly heavy rush-hour traffic in Los Angeles. The display read 49.1 mpg when I powered off. That is pretty cool. The car drives like a dream. It is so smooth. It is really fun learning how to get it into stealth. The smart-start system is amazing. I love it that I can walk up to the car, put my hand on the door handle, it beeps, (saying hi I think) and you open the door. Same for powering on. Just turn it on, no key needed.

Lucky! How long did you have to wait for it? Toyota dealers around here (central Florida) are saying 4 months to a year wait on them now.

Congratulations! Checked out your webpage, nice car! :lol: I also saw the test drive pics, wow, i never saw that many prii on the lot before! well, i guess it's rare to see that now.

Yep! the Smart entry/start is awesome. I still reach for keys at shut down! Now if only my front door were like that...
