Was a gas station offering fuel for an incredible discout before Rita hit? Were people so concerned that gas might hit $5/gallon due to the storm that they lined up to put 'go-juice' in their cars to avoid it?

Very Good!!! It was a gas station line, but not due to any shortage or anything related. Check out this 2-hour long sale this Chevron station was having for their grand opeing.

Oh, Jack In the Box was selling $.93 burgers too. The line of cars was about 1 mile long. Needless to say, I didn't sit through that line.
