The word is spreading about hypermiling in the media! Thanks to all who responded to our request for volunteers to participate in a TV segment in Baltimore about hypermiling. A few GreenHybrid members will likely be featured in a story next month.

Now, we’re looking for volunteers in the Sioux City, Iowa area to participate in a TV segment for KCAU/ABC9 in Sioux City. ABC9 is looking for hypermilers in the area that they can visit and interview on camera. Again, there’s no preparation or prior TV experience needed – they just want to hear about what life is like as a hypermiler and why it’s such a great way of life.

I'd love to help but it's been 10 years since I worked at the "beef" in sewer city. Back then it was more important for me to make it to Storm Lake in under 45 minutes going 90 on the back roads. Have a cheese charlie at the Miles Inn for me please.
