Started to take your survey, there are questions about my household and income I do not wish to provide you, so, no survey.

There are several questions I don't really like the answers to, and the questions on the 96% completion seem awefully intrusive for an anonymous survey. Also, the idea of a prize for a survey seems rather odd.

Wow! This survey is WAY too intrusive! I did not complete it. You should rewrite this to be less like an IRS audit.

What is wrong w/ the survey? Seemed pretty typical to me.
