I get 4.6 years! They are hard on us US folks - if this is accurate then the world should be gone by now and I drive green, live in a townhome, have low utility bills and eat organically and wisely ... the number really skews on money spent per year.

It's a neat idea, and low score is always good, regardless of nation, but I have a feeling that the Australian Energy Hog is many times less what an American Energy Hog is.

Oh, and it looks like -12.9 is the lowest you can go.
