Is it possible there's a CNG Matrix out there, or are the yellow stickers Hybrid Only?

Two: Is that the yellow sticker on the side of the bumper? You have to put that god awful thing on your car? God Im so glad I left cali when i did. Writing was on the wall it was going down the tubes with prop. 13 years ago.

Doesn't California have yellow stickers for hybrids and white ones for LPG, CNG, and Electric? I know I've seen pictures of white ones and not on hybrids. This would be a good thing for them since the program comes up for review and possible scrapping in 2007 is it? That way they could easily spot which vehicles are alternative fuel and which ones aren't to keep people from trying to cheat.
