I spotted a Toyota Matrix headed south on the 405 Fwy. HOV lane on Dec. 23. It had yellow HOV stickers on it. Are there Hybrid Matrix vehicles out there?

This is as bad as those guys that hop over the double yellow to get in the car pool lane and the ones that blatently drive the HOV illegally!

I wish there were an HOV hotline to report these guys.

Too bad the license plate isn't readable.

Yeah that guy cheated; he shouldn't have those stickers. Even if there were a hybrid Matrix, it would be unlikely to get 45 mpg which is required to get HOV stickers.
