Re: Trying to decide between Prius and Nissan Altima Hybrid - Please help!!!
Yes, the Nissan Altima Hybrid roll-out is currently only those 8 states. I can't remember if this was Nissan just "dipping their toes in the water first", or if it was due to difficulty in acquiring hybrid components. I wish they'd add a few more states, but I'm not sure they've been selling terribly well in those 8 states - yet. Since it is so limited, there are TONS of people that don't even know it exists. Hopefully, one of the side affects of these escalating gas prices will be that ALL hybrids will sell better. Maybe that'll translate into the Altima Hybrid being available in more states. I'd love to check one out myself!
Having said all that, the Camry Hybrid is pretty sweet also. Not as sporty, but very nice.
