Default USA Today: Large SUVs, pickups see resale value take tumble

"The value of used compact cars such as Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic has risen in each of the last 11 months and is now 14.2% higher than a year ago. That's compared with a year-over-year decline of 4.2% in the wholesale price of full-size SUVs, the steepest drop of any vehicle product segment, according to Adesa."

I've seen more of them in the parking lot with a "For Sale" sign in Dallas.

I'd love to see the statistics regarding the number of large vehicles going up in flames or getting stolen when gas price is high versus when it is low.

Still see a lot of people commuting (alone) in Expeditions, Hummers, etc. That would drive me crazy (and to the poorhouse) having to gas one of those....my occasionally driven F250 is bad enough.
