There was a thread like this in the Civic section. This one should be better because it is for everybody.

I'm at 12,400 on IMLC after a year so it is barely broke in.

I saw a 2001 Prius on a Toyota lot yesterday with 102,021 miles. They are asking $12,995.

Just crossed 20K miles after about 9.5 months. A ~65-mile commute each way will do that to you!

No papers? what kind of papers? No warranty is normal for a car out of it's warranty period or mileage.

Mine's close. 91,500 at 3.5 years. It still runs great!

I meant maintainence papers, I wanted to see what parts have been replaced under the car since I've reasearched that 2001 Prii's are prone to a few problems. But if I had the papers and it tells me all the problems have been fixed under warrenty then I wouldn't have much to worry about and it can run trouble free since I plan to maintain it. However if a problem do arises and with no warrenty I'm pretty much screwed.

That' the only thing from stopping me from owning a classic prius! Although owning a prius under 50 percent retail sounds very tempting considering the risks I may go through in the future. 170,000 km is quite high in my book considering I'm driving only a 35000 km car.

Although after being so active in this community and snooping around other hybrid articles one can't be curious enough to experience what kind of car is this and is it as radical as you guys make it seem? Everytime I have doubts about the car you guys always come in and make me think, "Now hold on a minute what if they are right?".

BLAH
