Widespread use of hybrid cars, which use both gasoline and electricity produced during braking, would make it simple to meet targets for reducing greenhouses gases, Green party leader Jim Harris said Thursday.
"Every single vehicle could be 50 per cent more efficient," he said, and that would cut pollution dramatically.
