That's great news. How long does it take to go from production to dealership? For people ordering in the future, this should speed up their wait. What does it mean for those of us who are already waiting?

Jeff,

I remember hearing a figure of 1 month, but honestly I don't recall if it was 1 month from completion to delivery or 1 month from initiation to delivery. I have yet to hear from any dealership regarding its affect on waits, but I am curious that it says for the "04 calendar year." Does this mean some 04 models and some 05?

Really great news. Anyone have any idea how many of those new vehicles are headed for the USA? What is the ratio (shipments to USA/Europe/Japan)?

Bill

Not really sure, Bill. I assume it's a pretty large percentage. Remember, the Prius will likely be produced in the US in a few years, so that would probably be 100% for us!
