Chicago area meet and greet @ Portillo's in Skokie Sunday December 10, 2006 @ 2:00 pm
It is that time again to hold another meet and greet before the holiday season gets in the way of things. So, have Sunday December 10, 2006 @ 2 pm blocked off for your fellow hybrid enthusiasts. Please reply to this thread or PM me if you will be coming. It will be at Portillo's in Skokie. The address is:
Portillo's
9400 Skokie Blvd
Skokie, IL 60077
847-933-0700
http://yp.yahoo.com/py/ypMap.py?Pyt=...:regT:19:fbT:1
Does anybody have the email list for the people showed up for the last meet and greet?
Thanks,
Mario

I took the list but it has been misplaced. I will check and see if I can find it. Sorry about that. I have just joined the group.
I will be unable to meet on 12/10 since I will be out of town that day.

That is not a problem. Most of them that attended the last one visit this board every once in awhile at least. But, it is a month away and I am sure they will see or hear something about it.

I'm going to post a link to this thread in the calendar over at cleanmpg. I'll probably be there (whereever it is)

I'll add it at PriusOnline and some of the Yahoo groups like last time. I suggest the same location but different place to eat.

Make sure everyone comes here to state if they are going. It was a bit difficult when 9 or so people turned into 20.
I might suggest looking in to a library or some place where we can get a room unless people liked the idea of eating at a resteraunt.

I figure we could have it at Portillo's. There is something for everybody. You don't have to wait for everybody to show up and order food and such. It is around the area. I have updated the post.

Portillos is good. Is there a specific part of their lot that we can park at. I've never been to the one in skokie. Do they have a spot in their parking lot where we can park our cars together?

I will have to go check it out and see. From what I remember it is a pretty big parking lot and the restaurant is a decent size. I will contact them to see if they have a party room of some sort.
