The date is the 17th, PYROMASTA got it wrong by saying the 27th. But, the date is set for the 17th of September

Exbauer, what kind of extra seating was there at Pappadeaux? I know that it gets very crowded at Maggiano's very quickly, would be hard to get seats for a group spur of the moment.

I added it to the calander of events over at cleanmpg. Now we just need the time and and place. I would like mid afternoon myself (like 2pm or later) because some people go to church on sunday and it would not interfere with that.
