Just between you, me and the rest of the internet, I wouldn't give that rule that much mind. I went ahead and sent it along and called her. She was more than happy to give me time.
As far as the hybrid specific I don't know. "Transportation" is one of the pillars of the Expo, so I'd have to assume they will talk about it. I'd like to cone out a test track, but I don't know if that is going to be feasible or not. I don't know the setup that well. I am asking though.

Yep, it's a Euro thing. Chuck brought it to my attention. The reason I went with that, is that it's easier to pitch EcoDriving presentations since the term is self explaining. I prefer Hypermiler myself, but figured I'd get some quisical looks. In the presentation I'll use both terms, but probably use EcoDriving, or just FE in the title.

Sure... but I'm not shooting for a technical presentation. I think the phrase "not too technical" was actually in the submission form. I'm just going to give the basics of what a hybrid is, that you don't need to plug it in and that stuff. Most of the driving tips will be centered around maintenance and avoiding speeding and jack rabbit starting. I'll avoid Drafting, DWL and DWoB. Figure the city officials might not want me to present some of the more aggressive techniques.
