The mileage database's summary bar chart shows the Prius II at 25 MPG. Has anyone already noted this obvious error?
If you look at the list of vehicles there are two vehicles at the very bottom of the list that have obviously bogus information. One of them has a single tank at 5 MPG, showing a fillup of 75 gallons. But that's a small problem. The bigger problem is the bottom vehicle on the list with 0.1 MPG. It shows one tank fillup with 70,000 gallons. That's enough to skew the whole database for the Prius II.
It's unfortunate that just one error like that can give the Prius a bad name in the eyes of casual observers.
Yes, apparently the errors I found have already been noted. It seems that nobody at Greenhybrid cares about the quality of the database. Too bad.
Ugly, yes, but the database is still intact. When you scroll down to the text summaries below the histographs, the text summaries are OK. Then when you click on a vehicle, the data records (noting that the extremes are silently trimmed) are OK.
I do agree that it needs repair as well as removal of the 'stickies' asking for interviewers . . . unless these are permanent requests from the news companies.
Problems with the database have been reported by several mods and Jason is aware of it.
Apparently they have had something "In the works" to automatically detect obvious entry mistakes and hopefully will be repairing it.

Efficient drivers do it better. 1003 miles a tank personal record. 74MPG calculated. HCH1 CVT
Yeah, I noticed it too and was somewhat alarmed when I saw it at first. Then I realized there was an abnormality with a few of the pieces of data that were throwing it off.
