Default Anyone ever use Bio MPG Emission Improver?

A cab driver told me about this product that increases fuel efficiency. Has anyone ever used this?:

Looks fishy. I'd avoid it.

At $49 a bottle I would want it to improve my MPG to 80+ MPG.

Hmm, when you have a website that looks like a 10 year old designed it, it never gives me good feelings about the product. I know that's a bit tough though, because some legit products have crappy websites, but for something like this I feel it's a valid assumption.

By just changing driving techniques that don't require a hybrid (can be applied to any car), you will do more to increase FE than any miracle grow substance will ever do.

I agree! Just look at the mileage I get on my BMW. It's rated at 17/25 and a few minor driving techniques and I am getting over 34mpg.

Many, many years ago, I tried a somewhat similar product. It came in caplets, one caplet per each 10 or 12 gallons. And something like $1.50 a caplet. Discounts in larger quantities.

The claims were quite similar, even the fact that "you will start to see a slow improvement, usually by the 3rd or 4th gas tank".

The results?? In a single word: mixed. Sometimes I did see 25% MPG improvements, sometimes negligible. Never really understood why, other than I was then working as an independent contractor driving lots of city miles, and my daily driving routine was always different.

I also remember that I felt a more responsive engine, but that could have been a placebo effect.

Hey this Roger fella seems like a real nice family man so this has got to be the real deal... There is no way you would post real pics of your family and sell stuff on the Internet that does not work is there?

I wonder if Roger or Larry have any beach front property they want to sell, or maybe some killer stock tips for us.

I just want to know the people that actually buy this stuff. First it comes across as a pyramid scam, it cost a lot, and you are putting in powder into your gas tank. Next he will sell you something to clean out your fuel filter.
