I've only had the misfortune to fill up with Ethanol gas once (Iowa), and I estimate it took almost 20% off my mileage. It's cheaper per gallon, but actually costs a LOT more once the lower mileage is factored in.

Was this a fluke, or does everyone do poorly on Ethanol? I wonder if lean burn is compatible with it?

Hi VXmike:

___Are you speaking of E10 like what most of us have to use here in the Midwest are stuck with (loss of maybe 5%) or E85 + which will not only cause a CEL to pop if you are lucky but would effect fuel economy by maybe 15 - 20% overall?

___Good Luck
