Unhappy Some gas stations don't give all the data!

I just gathered up my register tickets from gas purchases to enter into the mileage database. When I got gas I made sure to mark the Odmometer reading on the ticket so that I could compute my mileage later. Much to my dismay I found that the new gas station by my house is not printing the gal. purchased or the price per gal on the ticket so I had to make a guess (which won't be very accurate) bummer! I'll have to watch for this in the future and record the number off the pump as well.

Default Posted gas price

I thought it was illegal to post a gasoline price, then charge another?

I think he's just saying that it didn't show up on the receipt and he didn't write it down.

Mike,
I remember using the following site once upon a time. I'm not sure what features it has, but perhaps you can track down your station and price?

Default Very cool site

Jason:

I like that site! But I didn't do me any good in this situation because I could not find any price history for the station, just the current price. but thanks for the URL, now I can check the prices before I leave work to see where I'm getting gas.

Hot_Georgia_2004:

It was just that the price did not print on the register ticket (receipt) and I did not record it because all the other stations I use print the data on the ticket. They had the same price on their sign and on the pump.
