Just wanted to do the official introduction thing.
I am an Insight owner in the Madison, Wisconsin area.
I bought mine used form a really nice guy in Illinois with 29,000 miles on it last October. He was selling it because he was getting a fully loaded 2004 Prius.
I use my Insight mainly for the daily 60 mile round trip work commute. I found this site because of Jason's post at InsightCentral.net requesting data for the mileage database.
I like Jason's philosophy that "We need a resource that is openminded about ALL hybrids."
Besides Insight websites, I often read Prius websites. In fact over time, I have read almost all of john1701a's log entries.
I look forward to reading the posts here and promoting the idea of "hybrid unity".
