I'm new to just about every aspect of my car! I've never owned a non-US made vehicle or a hybrid before but I'm liking the MPG!
I really bought this car as a beater of sorts, even though it's new, it's going to get it's fair share of abuse. I drive nearly 130 miles a day in my commute and even more if I get called to go to various other locations!
It seems to fit me well enough and I think I'll be keeping it for a long time!! I'm sure I'll enjoy reading all the great info here on the forums!
2007 Prius Touring in Magnetic Gray! Purchased 1/14/07 about 250 miles so far!
yes, air pressure has a noticeable effect on mileage. Too low and mileage goes down. Higher is better for mileage, but too high and you dont have good contact with the ground and your handling suffers.
you know since purchasing my car i have contemplated planting a few trees in my yard so i can enjoy using less fuel and bringing more oxygen into my personal living areas
how big of a hole do i need to dig? i found a nice tree alongside the road (next to a field) last night i dont know what kind it is but it ddoes have this pretty reddish/ green vine on it though. so i am thinking of digging it up and taking it to my house and putting it in my backyard.
