I am new to the forum and I just wanted to introduce myself briefly...hi!
Last night I bought an '06 HCH w/Nav in Magnetic Pearl.
I have two questions:
1) Where does a person get the form for the tax credit?
2) What does the I or II represent (i.e., HCH I/ HCH II)?

The tax credit for purchase in 2006 will be available when you do your taxes for 2006. If you use turbo, it is included as part of purchasing a "clean" vehicle and the turbo "interview" will guide you to it.
HCH I includes all HCH's prior to 2006. HCH II are 2006 and beyond until a next generation evolves.
As I understand it - and I'm hardly a tax authority - the tax credit is something that you will complete as part of your 2006 tax return (Next year about this time!). It's not something you're likely to see before then without changing your W4 withholdings.
The HCH I designation is the first generation of hybrids (2003-2005) and the HCH II is the second generation starting in 2006.
