Hi -

I live in Cleveland Heights, OH and just got my Magnesium gray Honda Civic Hybrid. Driving is great fun. I'm looking for tips on how to drive in order to maximize MPG.

The Cleveland summers are really mild, and I live in tree-lined neighborhood, so thankfully, I don't use the AC much at all.

Welcome to the community! That lack of AC will save you some gas. Be glad

Rustyshack,
Welcome to the community.
Saw your post on another site where I just concluded a 2 week battle with folks who want to compare the price of an HCH with base zero frills Civic LX or a deep GM employee discounted small SUV.
Some there insist ~45MPG is all that can be achieved since "professional" drivers get that in a test HCH.
I really wanted to help you there but with all the missquotes I had to pass.
Steve

.

Efficient drivers do it better.
1003 miles a tank personal record. 74MPG calculated. HCH1 CVT
