Question

A tough camera question

I have this new 2006 Prius and everything works perfectly.
The rear view camera is great, but I would like to view the the road behind me while in drive. Does anyone have an idea how to modify the computer to view the rear scene. Can it be done with a modification from the shifter wiring or can only a program change accomplish this goal.
