Ok. I have pulled my 08 Nav radio and taken pics of it. I will post them tomorrow as I am still not quite sure how you guys get the picture into the reply. Also for anyone that has a 08 nav Navteq is coming out with a new DVD next month. I called ford to see if I had the latest one they said yes but that a new one will be out in a few weeks. Cost? $149!!!!!! He did say to talk to the dealer as they might be able to get it at a lower cost. Which I am going to do. I just bought 2 FEH's from them so I would think they could at least get me dealer cost which is usually about half.

I agree.

BTW, I noticed that there isn't any connections shown for a "tweeter". What is shown is only a 5 speaker system.

If Ford is actually going to charge '08 owners, I think they should all suddenly find their current DVD's are defective, and have their dealer order the new one as a warranty replacement.

BTW, GM gives their owners three DVD sets for free. One when you first buy, one a year later, and a third two years later (2 years after you bought).

The 08 uses coaxial speakers in the front door. The tweeter and mid-range door speaker share the same connection.
