Whew!! Alls I knows is...
We were driving NW on I-94 in Minnesota on March 1. I had driven 75
mph on dry pavement around the Twin Cities. About St. Cloud, my wife started driving and we continued NW with a strong easterly wind and snow on the ground. Just before Rothsay, MN, we came over a rise and saw ground drifting across the road. As we hit black ice caused by traffic packing the snow into ice, our 4WD '05 FEH took over and adjusted the traction in fractions of a second, keeping us going straight. While I felt the adjustments, I'm not sure my wife did. She slowed (not braked) to 40-ish and continued until we were through several black ice patches. It clearly illustrated to me the benefits of the FEH traction control.
