A lot of you may experience navigation problems such as lack of accuracy or the system restarts frequently.

Ford has issued a TSB and made a software update for it. Many dealers won't replace the unit for you because the unit is very expensive (I got luck and got a new unit ).

If the dealer denies the problem, simply show them the attachment (TSB) below.
