Default Daytime Running Lights - MMH

Does Ford have an aftermarket kit to add Daytime Running Lights to the FEH or MMH. Of course they are required in Canada, so can you add them to the US version?

I believe that the dealer can enable them...they may not know this so I would ask them to call Ford directly to find out. I have seen owners of the '05 escape that have had them programmed by the dealer so I am thinking it is probably an easy task as it doesn't require any parts just a program change.

I think it costs $30 to turn it on.

I went by my dealer's today. Bottom line they don't have any idea how to turn the DRL's on or who to call. Anybody got any specifics of how to do this or a number to call?
