Default is the factory NAV worth anything to sell????

I just bought an 06 FEH & it has the POS factory NAV in it.

I say POS, because I have this setup:

http://www.pbase.com/jmorton10/image/66287539

in my 05 FEH & it's awesome & I'm not sure I can live with the limitations of the factory setup after being spoiled by the Eclipse unit(it's made by Toyota/Lexus)

If I remove the factory NAV & CD changer, is it worth anything to sell???

I think the Hybrid display is kinda cool, but not really necessary(I could live without it) & I use my NAV an awful lot & want the awesome screen/features of the Eclipse more than the Hybrid display.

It would only be worth something to a fellow FEH/MMH owner....and probably only to someone who broke their own. Those vehicles that did not get it from the factory sound like they do not include the wiring and antenna to make it work easily so they probably wouldn't buy it. Besides, anyone looking to add it would probably be looking to go the same route you did.

1/2 a brain or not wouldn't matter... from the information I've seen posted here the harnesses are different. You can't hook the NAV into a vehicle that didn't have one installed in the first place. So the only person that could even use it would be someone whos NAV died. Or they'd probably have to do alot of wiring,

Maybe save it to put back in the car when you sell it, leaving the nice unit for continued use in your next car?
