The true story goes back to May 2007. Obama had "blasted" the domestic auto companies on fuel economy. Bill Ford roared back by asking Obama "how in the heck can you say that when you drive a big Chysler 300 that has a hemi engine". Shortly afterwards it was reported Obama "obtained a 2007 FEH". It was the year many politicians got their FEH--- Al Gore--John Edwards--John Kerry (traded now for a GM dual mode SUV Hybrid). The Clinton's obtained a 2006 Mercury Mariner Hybrid--with special Secret Service options--prior to all of this news. Keep in mind, owning one and driving one can be two different things for high profile politicians.

Well, I'm pretty sure I heard she move on to an Escalade Two-Mode Hybrid when they came available... not sure if she's gotten that hybrid Hummer she talked about.
