Default ScanGaugeII and SoC XGauge

As you are probably aware, some of us with ScanGaugeII (with XGauges) are getting a blank display for State of Charge (SoC) and related XGauges.
Others of us do have a working SoC display.

To try and narrow this problem down, if you have a ScanGaugeII, with working SoC or not, please post your information in the following format:
  1. SoC works, Yes/No
  2. model year
  3. FWD/AWD
  4. ScanGaugeII firmware version (MORE>MORE>MORE>VERSION) Include "*" symbol if present
  5. Factory NAV system, Yes/No
  6. Battery Harness Recall, Fix/No Fix
Please limit this thread to ONLY this information

.
