Anyone know the part number and/or place to order online the touch up paint for the stock painted rims on a 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid? Service Dept. scratched one of my rims but good taking a lugnut off or putting one back on while rotating tires. Wasn't pre-existing damage but anyhow...

I already have the touch up paint for the body color. Don't need that. Need it for the painted rims.

There won't be a touch up paint for the wheel color - only body colors. Ask the body shop or used car department what they do for touch up on the wheels. They probably mix a small amount on a can lid with a little of this (close car color) and a little of that, to tint it just right.

Bummer, but kinda what I figured. One of the downsides to those gorgeous painted rims (new to me, coming from a Corolla with painted plastic hubcaps.)

I would take a paint color chip folder out to your car in the daylight and try to find a close match. An auto parts store should let you use one for a couple of minutes if you tell them what you want to do.
