Post Anyone ever completely drain their IMA battery?

I was just curious to see how low I could drain the battery and today I found out. Once it gets to 1 bar the car starts charging itself even at a complete stop as you can see in this picture. I was at a very long light sitting in stop and go traffic with autostop on. I had the A/C blasting, lights and radio on.

Default It's Something to Avoid

About 3.5 years after getting my Insight, the OEM 12-volt battery was going bad. The hybrid battery went completly dead trying to rescue the 12-volt.

Highly recommend replacing the $75 12-volt battery so you don't have to replace the hybrid battery. BTW, my hybrid battery is doing fine....
