Default Anyone with a rough ship time on 06??

Just got a call from my dealer, he claims they put the 06's on hold again and they haven't been shipped yet. He says the EARLIEST they could get here would be Jan, but likely Feb.

Anyone heard differently??

They have one 05 left, I really wanted the sunroof....

rod.

The same has happened to my order for a Civic Hybrid. I placed it at a local dealership on Oct 19th and was told to expect it around Mid-Dec. Now I'm told the car will be late-Jan 06 at the earliest. He said the car was state-side just not released from Honda for shipment.

Last I heard from my dearler this weeked (as I was buying his last 05) was "after the first of the year" but I would assume it wouldn't be TOO far off since they were pricing the 05 pretty agressively to get it off the lot.

They've been Delivering the 06 Civics since about the middle of last month. I drove one over the weekend when deciding between the civic and the accord.

Rod,

I just heard from my dealer of yet another delay in the delivery of my 06 HAH. I had one on order. He read me the email from the zone manager, that said things like "delayed indefinitely". He offered to return my deposit which I am accepting. I am giving up on an 06 and looking for other alternatives at this point. If you want anything in the near term, you might want to opt for the 05

Dan
