Default Enhancements to your Accord

I'm just wondering if you guys could give me any suggestions for enhancements to your honda accord hybrids. I purchased a 2005 honda accord hybrid and am itching to get some more pep and milage. Any suggestions?

Joe

hehe, you want more pep in an HAH? That's pretty funny!

I can understand the desire for better fuel economy since it's pretty mediocre, but that machine should have an abundance of pep. If it doesn't, then there's something wrong.

mileage, yes- read the tutorials and threads about hypermiling. All techniques apply to the HAH except 'pulse&glide' and forced auto-stop only applies if you're coming to a full stop. Note- most of these techniques can be used on ANY vehicle, not just hybrids. Many of us in HAHs routinely break 40mpg in daily driving without changing anything on the car. The record, I believe is 60mpg, again, all technique.

more performance- you're in the wrong place for that. Look around for the Accord-nut websites that have that information.

I guess Jagosu took your words to heart when you said he was in the wrong place, as he hasn't posted since!
