Does anyone know if we will eventually be able to upgrade our HAH nav. systems to take advantage of a new OS that takes real-time traffic conditions (gathered via the GPS link) into account?

I'm assuming that because I have a PC card slot available to me, that Honda might put together such an upgrade and sell it someday.

Is something like this already in the works, and I'm just behind?

It's already in the Acura RL.

I don't know of the wiring in the HAH, but it doesn't seem likely that Honda was thinking about building in a way to have the Navi use the real-time traffic updates in the future. At least, not without advertising that it would be a future capability (you know, to boost interest and sales).

If it IS upgradeable, I'd definitely be considering it! Phoenix traffic is nuts.
