Does anyone know the purpose of the yellow pinhole sized light overhead near the interior microphone??? Don't know if it is in non-NAVI Hybrid Accords. The dealer did not know and I did not see it in the manual.
___Look in the Accord sales brochure “Choices - Trim level” page. The Accord EX sedan lists the Ambient console lighting. Look in the Accord Sedan --> Specifications and Features fold outs. The EX, EX V6, and the AH have it listed. All it is a very soft lighting of the beverage holders and console storage compartments. Cover it up in the middle of the night without an overhead map light on and you will see exactly what it is for …
I'll second Tink's post...great for looking at something w/o having to turn on the bright overhead lighting.
The Acura TL actually has two - one on each side - in blue. I remember it from my test drive of a 6MT just before I settled on the HAH, and was glad to see that the Accord had at least the one
