Default Aggregate Data Table never changes

Something has been wrong with the database for months. The numbers on the main grid Aggregate Data Table (number of cars in sample for each model) haven't changed at all for a very long time. I suspect that those who used to maintain this site are no longer involved and no one is making fixes anymore.

The Camry Hybrid has been sitting at 217 cars for months. And we all know that isn't the case. The individual data for my car still updates correctly. It is just that the main mileage DB grid hasn't been reflecting changes at all.

Why is this not the case?

http://www.greenhybrid.com/compare/m...mryhybrid.html

This page shows each of the cars, and it's totaled at 217.

Saying that the database and the displayed table match doesn't change the fact that the Aggregate data table is not updating. There is something wrong. Fix it or don't - that is up to you.

How about documenting this:
  1. document the vehicles in current table
  2. add a 'place holder' vehicle, just for documenting the problem
  3. compare the updated table to the documented table
  4. report the experimental results
  5. after discussion, delete the 'place holder'
BTW, I did notice what appears to be a duplicate entry in the "Prius I" table:
http://www.greenhybrid.com/compare/m.../car/4486.html
http://www.greenhybrid.com/compare/m.../car/4487.html

How about I just post a snapshot pic of the table as it is at time of this post and then anyone can see if the table is changing at all by referencing the pic.

I tend to prefer reproducible experiments. I haven't seen this happen with the Prius I tables so the experiment was just to provide a quick way to test and demonstrate the problem. That makes it much easier to correct.

With all due respect, I'm trying to figure out what the problem is.

I'll try some test vehicles in a bit.

The Camry line shows 217 cars but if you open the Camry page there are 314 cars displayed.

Are the totals possibly pointing at an old copy of the database?
