Cool Re: New! Dynamic Mileage Forum Signatures

Jason
Kudos to you for adding this neat feature. I saw that a few members have used this graphic in other hybrid sites and now I can also. A great promotion for greenhybrid.

Lightbulb Re: New! Dynamic Mileage Forum Signatures

Jason,
I was indeed thinking of the yahoo Prius 2-G and priuschat. The BillG who regularly posts to Prius 2-G is from Minnesota so I use the description Bill G from Colorado.

Sorry - just checking to see if sig. works. Now I'll start working on the number...
(current tank is running at about 30.5 mpg so far...)

To all testing your sig. I believe there is a preview button where you set it. Please use that instead of a bunch of posts to test it.

And if you go to any of your OLD posts it will show up there, too.
No need to make a new post.

Trying again with "-" instead of space...

Okay, give me a 3270 text editor, or better yet, an IBM "Selectric" typewriter....or pencil and paper. I'll just mail my posts in!

Here's the code I'm trying to use. Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

</B><a href="http://greenhybrid.com/compare/mileage/car/196-Silver-Lady-Number-9.html" style="border:0" title="Hybrid Cars Mileage"><img src="http://greenhybrid.com/compare/mileage/car/196-Silver-Lady-Number-9/signature.png" border=0 alt="Hybrid Cars Mileage"></a>

Hmmm, I don't know how that "</B>" got in there...I didn't put it there. Okay, maybe chisel and stone tablet for me....

don't have the -Sliver_lady_number-9 bit in it.

AND USE THE PREVIEW BUTTON FOR TESTING YOUR SIGNATURE.

Hi Bif:

___As Tbaleno said, remove the extra stuff (your cars name) other then your cars number.

___Copy and paste the following and you should be good to go …

<a href="http://greenhybrid.com/compare/mileage/car/196.html" style="border:0" title="Hybrid Cars Mileage"><img src="http://greenhybrid.com/compare/mileage/car/196/signature.png" border=0 alt="Hybrid Cars Mileage"></a>

___I use the [img] based sig over at DriveAccord.net as well as GH in the Hypermiler thread where hypertext is not allowed. That works great as well!

___Good Luck

___Wayne R. Gerdes

All fixed! I had taken Jason's "5-Midori" example too literally.

Thanks, Mr. Wayne!
