Forum shows latest, not latest unread - GreenHybrid

I noticed that if I read the most recent posting but not one earlier that the forum view continues to show the most recent posting as 'unread.' I would have expected it to show the most recent, unread posting on the forum summary page.

It is not a biggie and the solution is simple but something I thought to share.

I'm not sure what you mean. The forum home page displays the last post in that forum category. The forum display page bolds threads with unread posts.

What happens is the 'last post in that forum" is bolded if any previous threads had not been read. Somehow I'd thought the last posted and unread thread would be listed and bolded. This would make it easy to tell if I needed to 'drill down'.

It really isn't a biggie but it wasn't clear if this were a 'feature' or 'a bug.'
