Default green lights stay lit, good in driving, not on site.

jason,

I love the site, I wish more people used/used it more often. My only complaint is that when I come to check the boards, some will have green lights next to them even though I have just viewed that category/new thread. Even when I refresh the page, I have to access the "new" thread twice for the green light to go away.

Thanks,

Ryan

I think this is a minor bug with vB, I've noticed that when I view a thread I'll have to view the list of threads in that forum before the green light will go away when I view the main forum page.

Also, sometimes even that doesn't work and I'll have to log out and then log back in, and it fixes it... probably some cookie crumbs.

Haha. Sorry about the problem. Honestly, it isn't really under my control. While I personally code 100% of the mileage database, I don't code much of the forums.

If you can't get 'em shut off, there's a Mark All Forums Read link right above the What's Going On? section on the main Discuss page.
