Unhappy 2007 Highland Hybrid, how to reset maintenace required

I look in the owners manual and follow the instructions...did not work. Have been searching on line for how to do this on the 2007, can't really find anything. Tried to reset recommendations on other toyota models has not worked.
Has anyone been able to reset this?
I change my own oil and really do not want to take this to the dealership to get reset.

Thanks,

Malcolm

Default Re: 2007 Highland Hybrid, how to reset maintenace required

Just did this a few days ago on my 2007 --

1. Select the odometer display
2. Turn off ignition
3. Hold in trip - odometer button
4. While holding #3 above depressed turn on ignition
5. Display in center of dash should read resetting -- hold in the Odometer in till complete
